Do you want to return an item?
If your order was placed within Germany, returns are free of charge and possible within 14 days. We will send you a return label for this. By registering a return, you automatically cancel your order and do not need to contact us again separately.
How does it work?

Register
Enter your order number and email address in our returns portal (button below).

Select items
Select the items from your order that you wish to return and follow the steps. Personalized items are excluded from exchange and will therefore not be displayed to you.

Receive QR code
We will send you an email with the QR code, which you show at the DHL branch to ship your return. Alternatively, you can print out the return label and attach it to the package.
Order older than 14 days?
Please note that registering a return is not possible if the 14-day cancellation period has expired. If you have any questions or complaints, please contact our customer service.
International returns
Register your return from abroad via our Returns Portal and we will send you a confirmation email. The costs for returning items from abroad must be borne by yourself. You can purchase the return label yourself from your parcel service either online or at a branch.
Returning personalized items?
Please note that personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. If you are unsatisfied with your product and would like to make a complaint, please contact our customer service.
