You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
You have two options for exercising your right of withdrawal:
Option 1:
To withdraw your order, please complete the withdrawal form embedded below. Provide your order number and the necessary details, such as the affected items, the order or receipt date, your name, and your address. After completing the form, send it to us electronically. Upon receipt of your withdrawal, you will receive a confirmation. Alternatively, you can print out the form and send it to us by mail or fax.
Option 2:
Inform us (Braun GmbH & Co. KG, Industriestr. 10, 55606 Kirn, Germany, service@braun-bueffel.de, Telephone: +49 (0) 6752 93330, Fax: +49 (0) 6752 9333 33) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
For both options, a return label will be sent to you by email, with which we will also confirm receipt of your withdrawal.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you register the return on www.briunbueffel.com/pages/rucksendung before the withdrawal period expires (Option 1) or send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires (Option 2). If you exercise your right of withdrawal via our return registration page (Option 1), you will be directly informed if the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
Deviating return shipping costs regulation for Germany
We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return takes place within Germany.
Return labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we provide you with free return labels for your return within Germany. We will send you the return label by email as a PDF for printing. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (personalized items).
This includes in particular products that have been provided with an individual embossing, engraving or personalization. Gift packaging is also excluded from exchange and return, as these are individually prepared and cannot be reused.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal via our return registration page (Option 1), you will be directly informed if goods have been personalized and are therefore excluded from exchange.
