We ship within Germany with DHL's climate-friendly GoGreen service, which offsets the CO2 emissions generated during transport. Delivery times are in most cases within the specified timeframe of 1-2 business days. Please note that in rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you order before 12 PM, the goods usually leave our premises on the same day (excluding personalized orders). As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will automatically receive an email with a link to DHL tracking.

For every order, you will receive a tracking number. You can enter this into the DHL portal or mobile app to stay informed about the current shipping status at any time. If the status cannot be found or does not change, please contact our customer service.

For orders with personalization, the goods must be embossed by our fine leather craftsmen in the manufactory before packaging. This process takes an additional 1-2 days, depending on capacity utilization. During peak times, such as the pre-Christmas period, it can occasionally take three or four days until we dispatch the goods.

Yes, we are happy to deliver your order to a DHL Packstation. Please enter your Post number and the number of the desired Packstation in the delivery address. This is the only way DHL can correctly assign and deliver the shipment.

If you add this option for €2.99 at checkout, you will help us to avoid packaging waste. You can drop off the ravioli packaging at any DHL Paketshop, DHL Packstation or post office so that the shipping box can be reused. Once the packaging is back with us, you will receive a €10.00 voucher as a thank you after your order has been placed.
